It wasn’t long ago when I first came across electronic/fictional dance artist Stay+ (Stay Positive) and was that blown away after hearing latest track “Crashed” I was compelled to write about his music here for Dance Music Manchester. When searching online to get more of an idea about who this amazingly talented guy was, I realised something; Stay+ is known for maintaining an element of anonymity around his work, so my mission stalled. However this spurred me on to ask Stay+ himself to reveal a bit more about the background, identity and character behind the hypnotic electro, dub and dance creations I have now become obsessed with – and wow, did we get some fascinating insights… Stay Positive +++
