Last night (Saturday 2nd February) saw the opening night of Rum & Bass at Antwerp Mansion, a new night aimed at those who are serious about heavy house, drum’n’bass and all things electro in a unique, quirky venue. Imagine an almost-derelict mansion, past its glory days as a beautiful building and former Belgian embassy, with a magnificent staircase, high walls and a maze of rooms; the ideal setting for a dirty, heavy bass-filled rave.
