Enjoy food without the guilt – say hello to #IndulgingInnocently

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had a tidal wave of health food brands and fellow bloggers approach me asking to get involved in recipe creation challenges or product reviews. As well as working on guest recipes with Goodness Me Food, Proteinology and Sam Hadadi, I’m very excited to be working on mini projects with the likes of Linwoods, Natvia, Provamel and Creative Nature, so I thought I’d put a name to these series of upcoming posts on my blog…

Say hello to #IndulgingInnocently. Over the past few months I’ve been experimenting a lot with high protein, gluten-free clean eating recipes and it’s been fantastic to get positive feedback, with people even sending photos when they’ve re-created them! The majority are sweet treats or desserts made from healthy, nutritious ingredients, meaning they can be enjoyed totally guilt-free; this is where the term ‘indulging innocently’ came from. Who doesn’t want to be able to eat a slice of cheesecake or muffin without feeling bad about it? It’s still possible to ‘indulge’ in something sweet without it being packed with unhealthy fat, calories and sugar.

So, look out for more of my recipes coming up that focus on this concept of treats to be enjoyed using alternative ingredients while still being easy to make and delicious, of course! #IndulgingInnocently – make sure you’re following me on Twitter @SpamellaB and Instagram, please use the hashtag if you have a go at making any of my blog recipes!
