Throughout November I was getting well into the festive spirit, thanks to being asked by the Train Eat Gain team to come up with some healthy Christmas recipes for a special e-book, how exciting! Together with some of the top names in the health food and fitness industry – Nicky (Proteinologist), Hebe, Adele, The Food Medic and Student Nuts – the TEG have created a fantastic resource for some festive cooking and baking inspiration, without packing in the calories, fat and sugar!
