Ingredients:

  • 50g oats
  • 6 tablespoons rice crispies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon madhuka powder or sweetener

For the middle –

  • 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon oat milk

For the topping –

  • 150g soft cheese (can be dairy-free)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • 2 x Bliss Crispy Mallow Brownie Delight Bars, broken up into pieces

Make them!

  1. First mix together all of the base ingredients until combined, then spoon into a lined tupperware box and press down to form a generous base layer.
  2. Mix together the nut butter, maple syrup and milk then spoon over the base to allow for a generous layer again.
  3. Next beat together the soft cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener and vanilla and then spoon on top of the caramel to cover. Scatter over the Crispy Mallow bar pieces and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. When ready to enjoy, just pop out of the freezer 10 minutes beforehand then pop out onto a chopping board and cut into bars. Enjoy!
