Making #IndulgingInnocently recipes with Frank Bars

Back in January it was a pleasure to feature Frank Bars, healthy snack bars made with 100% natural ingredients suitable for both vegetarians and vegans, free from gluten, nuts and dairy, while being a great source of protein with no refined sugar. Impressive so far, right? As well as being a fan of the colour, vibrant branding, I loved the incorporation of ‘chocolate’ made from coconut cream, which gave these bars added taste, sweetness and density to satisfy any sweet tooth – completely guilt-free.

With a range of Double Chocolate, Oat & Chocolate, Strawberry & Chocolate, Orange & Chocolate and Blueberry & Chocolate, we’re spoilt for choice when it comes to a variety of fruity flavours. At only 118 calories each offering a cakey, fudge-like texture, Frank Bars are ideal for snacking on the go when you want a natural energy boost.

I was delighted to receive another box of these fabulous bars recently, with the aim of creating a couple of healthy recipes as part of my #IndulingInnocently project – experimenting with sweet creations that are healthy, gluten-free, high in protein and full of goodness – basically, guilt-free goodies! So without further ado, here are my innocent but indulgent Frank Bar treats:
