I’m delighted to share something with you guys that I’ve been working on with freeze-dried ingredients company, Lio-Licious, as part of their 12 bakes of Christmas inspiration which they have created in conjunction with a number of food bloggers. My vegan friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free Spiced Chocolate, Apple and Berry Tart recipe is up first which makes an easy, no bake and simply delicious dessert for any festive table. Using their freeze-dried cranberry, apple and berry pieces, they make the most colourful and fruity way to decorate a rich, chocolatey tart covering a dried fruit and nut oat tart case. Enjoy!
