Coconut, dried cherries and oats come together in a crunchy but chewy, sweet and chunky cookie recipe making them one of the ultimate snacks. I’ve really gotten into cookies more recently and these really hit the spot. If you don’t have dried cherries to hand (you really should, they’re a game changer!) then go for raisins, dried apricots or any other dried fruit that takes your fancy. Coconut and oats go with anything!
