A pretty pink porridge especially for Valentine’s Day, topped with crunchy granola, berries, jam, and cute little white chocolate hearts. There are less options to celebrate the day this year so I guess food at home is one of the options…So make this for your loved one in the morning for breakfast to set the mood and enjoy the rest of your day together!
- 50g oats
- 3 teaspoons Bioglan Super Berries powder (optional)
- 300ml milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Top with –
- Frozen berries
- Reduced sugar jam (I used Fearne & Rosie)
- White chocolate homemade hearts
Cook the oats in a pan with the milk for 5 minutes until thickened, then remove from the heat and stir in the berries powder and maple syrup.2) Spoon out into a bowl then add your toppings. Enjoy!
