Oh my DAYS this is a good one! Not sure if you’d categorise this as a dessert, a pudding or an epic breakfast but whatever time of day you’d make this, it’s sure to be the thing of dreams! A chocolate batter spiked with caramel, chocolate cream-filled wafer biscuits and peanut butter bars…and all vegan too! The perfect Veganuary treat.


  • 100g gluten-free
  • 70g sweetener
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons natural yogurt (can be dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons vegan caramel sauce
  • 1-2 Love Raw Caramelised Biscuit wafer bars, cut into chunks
  • 1 Love Raw Peanut Caramel Bar, cut into chunks

Make it!

  1. Mix together the flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add in the milk, yogurt, oil and vanilla then mix to form a batter. Divide between 2 x small greased oven-proof dishes to fill to nearly the top.
  3. Add a teaspoon of caramel sauce on top of each then split the bar chunks and scatter on top.
  4. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbling, and enjoy while still hot or cooled.
