You probably know by now how much of a fan I am of Nature’s Finest fruits products – not just me, might I add, but my young boys too! You can read my past reviews here. Let me tell you now that the individual pots are a particular winner for after school – I need to make sure my cupboards are stocked up in the week with these tropical medley snacks!


So here we are again, this time showcasing how versatile and easy their juicy peaches are in this delicious recipe that could be enjoyed for breakfast or dessert! Add chunks of dark chocolate for extra indulgence, or why not try adding 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the oat mixture for even more chocolatey goodness! PEACH & COCONUT CRUMBLE

Ingredients:
For the crumble –Â
- 1 large cup of oats (90g)
- 40g dessicated coconut
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large tbsp nut butter
- 2 tablespoon
- s maple syrup or honey
- 1-2 tablespoons waterÂ
For the peaches –
- 1 x large tub Nature’s Finest peach slices, drained
- 1 tablespoon cornflour

Make it!
- Mix together the oats, coconut, cinnamon, nut butter, syrup or honey plus a little water to bind together and form a nice crumble mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the drained peaches with the cornflour until combined.
- Spoon into a greased ovenproof dish then spoon over the crumble mixture to cover generously.
- Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes (start by covering with tin foil and remove about 5 minutes before the end, so it goes golden without burning).Â
- Remove from the oven and enjoy hot or cold!
