Just look at that colour! Using Nature’s Charm’s new Ube Sweetened Condensed coconut milk [ad – paid recipe] as the star ingredient, it gives not only such a vibrant purple tint but also a distinct sweet flavour from the ube fruit. Used in these easy to make, no bake tartlets, it pairs so well with the cocoa oat tartlet case and fresh strawberries on top. Yum!
