Ingredients:
100g oat flour @buywholefoodsonline
2 scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder @freesoulsistas
30g cocoa or cacao powder 
50g stevia @natvia_uk
2 tablespoons flaxseed @linwoodshealthfoods Cocoa & Berries
1 teaspoon baking powder
200ml milk of choice 
30g apple puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50g dark chocolate chips
75g frozen blueberries

Preheat the oven to 180C and lightly grease a 6 hole muffin tin.
Place everything other than the chocolate chips and blueberries into a blender and whizz up until smooth.
Stir in blueberries and chocolate chips then spoon between muffin tins to reach the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until risen and firmed up. Leave to cool, drizzle with melted chocolate if you want, and enjoy!

RASPBERRY ICE CREAM SLICE recipe is perfect for the sun πŸ¦πŸ¨πŸ‡
Ingredients:
For the base - 
100g oat flour
50g ground almonds @whitworthsuk
3 tablespoons maple syrup or @sweetfreedomuk
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
50ml milk of choice (I used almond)

For the raspberry jam -
150g frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons maple syrup or Sweet Freedom 
4 tablespoons chia seeds @thechiaco 

For the topping - 
1 x tub @oppobrothers Raspberry Vanilla ice cream
Flaked almonds

First make the base: Mix together the ingredients to form a dough and press into the base of a lined loaf tin. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes then leave to cool.
Meanwhile place the raspberries in a pan with the syrup and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Stir in the chia seeds and set aside to thicken and leave to cool.
Spread the jam over the base evenly and freeze for 20 minutes. Get out your tub of Oppo 5 minutes beforehand to soften then spread over the jam evenly. Scatter over flaked almonds then return to the freezer for at least 30 minutes - then pop out, slice into bars and enjoy!

Ingredients:
For the base - 
100g nuts @whitworthsuk
100g oats @flahavansuk
4 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder @bioglan.superfoods
2 tablespoons nut butter @manilife_
4 tablespoons maple syrup @maplecanadauk

For the topping - 
1 x 350g pack silken tofu @morinutofu 
6 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder
70g sweetener @natvia_uk 
2 tablespoons cornflour
3-4 tablespoons almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

To decorate - 
2 x @loveraw white chocolate wafer bars, broken up into pieces
Drizzled melted dark chocolate
Cacao nibs
Chopped nuts 

Place the nuts, oats, cacao/cocoa powder, nut butter and syrup into a food processor until broken down and the mixture comes together. Press into a greased 20cm loose bottom tin and set aside.
Blend the tofu, cacao/cocoa powder, sweetener, cornflour, milk and vanilla until smooth then pour on top. Smooth out evenly and bake at 170C for 35-40 minutes. Cool down then chill in the fridge for 1 hour. 
Pop out of the tin and arrange the Love Raw bars on top in the middle. Drizzle over the chocolate and sprinkle over cacao nibs and nuts. Slice up and enjoy!

Fresh strawberries and flaked almonds

The night before, mix together the oats, chia seeds, ΒΎ of the yogurts, Β½ the jam, milk and vanilla and divide between two small pots.
On top add some more yogurt, jam and top with strawberries and almonds. Chill in the fridge overnight, then enjoy straight from the fridge in the morning!

100g coconut sugar @thecoconutco 
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger 
1 teaspoon baking powder
200ml almond milk
50ml maple syrup @maplecanadauk 
50ml almond butter @meridianfoods 
1 egg or flax egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
75g dark chocolate chips

For the drizzle – 
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons almond milk

Preheat the oven to 180C and grease and line a 9x9in baking tin.
Mix together the flours, protein powder, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and baking powder in a bowl.
Whisk together the milk, syrup, almond butter, egg and vanilla then pour into the bowl and ΒΎ of the chocolate chips and mix to form a batter.
Spread this out into the tin and sprinkle over the remaining chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden then leave to cool. Then slice into 9-12 bars and place on a wire rack.
Whisk together the almond butter, syrup and milk then drizzle over each. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
100g gluten-free flour
100g ground almonds
100g @natvialiving natural sweetener
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
200ml milk of choice
Zest and juice of 2 lemons

For the drizzle -Β 
3 tablespoons @natvia_uk  sweetener
Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat the oven to 170C and grease and line a loaf tin.
Mix together the flour, ground almonds, Natvia and baking powder in a bowl.
Whisk together the eggs, milk and lemon and pour into the dry ingredients to form a batter. Pour into the tin and spread out evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and risen then leave to cool.
After 10 minutes poke holes in the top of the loaf with a skewer or fork.Β 
Mix together the Natvia and lemon juice then pour over the loaf to cover and leave for 30 minutes - then pop out, slice and enjoy.

Mix together the granola, nuts and seeds, sultanas/raisins and chopped marshmallows in a bowl.

Tip the mixture into a lined greased loaf tin and spread out evenly. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours then lift out, pop out onto a board and slice. Enjoy!

β€’	1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
β€’	1 tablespoon miso paste

For the noodle broth -
β€’	1 tablespoon The Coconut Co Coconut Oil
β€’	100g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
β€’	2 cloves garlic, crushed
β€’	1 teaspoon crushed ginger
β€’	2 tablespoons miso paste
β€’	3 tablespoons The Coconut Co Coconut Aminos All-Purpose Sauce
β€’	2 tablespoons The Coconut Co Coconut Milk Powder
β€’	500ml vegetable stock
β€’	Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
β€’	100g stir-fry mixed stir fry vegetables (including beansprouts)
β€’	2 x portions rice noodles, cooked
β€’	Sesame seeds and spring onions, to garnish

1.	First make the baked tofu: Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes then set aside. Whisk together all of the other ingredients in a bowl then tip the tofu in and mix well to coat everything. Tip out onto a lined baking tray in a single layer and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

2.	Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes then add the garlic and ginger and continue cooking for a few minutes.

3.	Add in the miso paste, coconut aminos, coconut milk powder, vegetable stock, chilli flakes and vegetables and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

4.	Finally stir in the noodles, divide between two bowls and top with the baked tofu, spring onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy straight away!

Whisk together the apple puree, milk, oil and vanilla then pour into dry ingredients to form a batter.
Spoon into the tin and smooth out evenly. Arrange the apple slices on top and scatter over the berries. Bake for 30 minutes then leave to cool. Cut into 9-12 pieces then enjoy!

For the base - 
150g oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons maple syrup of honey
3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
3-4 tablespoons milk of choice

For the chocolate topping - 
100g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil

For the chocolate & peanut butter eggs - 
3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup

To decorate - 
2 tablespoons peanut butter + 2 tablespoons icing sugar
Energy balls
Cacao nibs

First make the base: Place the oats into your @ninjakitchenuk food processor and whizz up until a flour consistency forms. Add in the other ingredients and pulse until the mixture comes together in a rough dough.
Press into a lined 20cm round loose-bottom tin and chill in the fridge.
Meanwhile melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Using a silicone Easter egg mould with small eggs, drizzle a few teaspoons of the melted chocolate into each then place this in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Pour the rest of the top of the base to cover and return to the fridge for 1 hour to set.
Melt the nut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup then spoon this between the egg moulds over the hardened drizzled chocolate to fill to the top of each. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
Pop the base out of the tin and onto a board or wire rack. Mix together the nut butter and icing sugar with 2-3 tablespoons water then drizzle over the top of the chocolate. Pop out your eggs and arrange on top along with the energy balls then scatter over cacao nibs. Chill for a further 30 minutes at least - then you’re ready to slice and enjoy!

For the donuts - 
100g oats
50g granola of choice
6 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
3 tablespoons nut butter

For the topping - 
100g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Mini Eggs to decorate

Place the donut ingredients into your @ninjakitchenuk food processor and pulse until the mixture comes together to form a flapjack mixture.
Spoon between a 6-hole silicone donut tin and fill each one to fill the top and pack in tight. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
Pop out from the mould and place on a wire rack (domed side up). Melt the coconut oil and chocolate and spoon over each donut to cover the top and sides.
Place a few mini eggs on top of each then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes - then enjoy!

Ingredients:
For the scones - 
120g gluten-free flour
50g The Coconut Company Coconut Flour
75g The The Coconut Company Coconut Sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon mixed spice
250g natural yogurt of choice (can be dairy free) 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
75g raisins / sultanas

For the crosses - 
30g icing sugar
4 tablespoons The Coconut Company Coconut Milk Powder
3-4 tablespoons cold water

First mix together the flours, sugar, baking powder and mixed spice in a bowl.

Spoon in the yogurt and vanilla and mix well to form a dough. Mix in the raisins.

Knead then split into 9 balls and pat with your hands. Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and brush with a little milk choice. Bake for 15-20 minutes until risen then pop on a wire rack.

Sift the icing sugar and milk powder into a bowl then gradually add in the water to form a slightly runny paste. Pop into a piping bag then pipe over a cross on top of each. Enjoy!

Freeze-dried raspberries and cacao nibs

The night before, mix together the oats, chia seeds, milk and raspberries in a bowl.
Gently melt the coconut oil and chocolate then pour over the bowl to cover. Sprinkle over cacao nibs and freeze dried raspberries then chill in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning!

CARROT, WALNUT & RAISIN LOAF 
Ingredients:
120g oat flour
3 scoops @freesoulsistas salted caramel protein powder
75g coconut sugar @thecoconutco
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1 teaspoon baking powder
120ml milk of choice @mightypeauk
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 carrots, grated
75g raisins
50g walnut pieces

For the frosting - 
150g fat-free thick soft cheese, Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
2 scoops salted caramel protein powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup @maplecanadauk

Preheat the oven to 180C and grease and line 2 x small loaf tins (or one big one).
Mix together the flour, protein powder, sugar, spice and baking powder in a bowl.
Whisk together the milk, oil and vanilla and pour into the bowl and mix well to combine. Stir in the grated carrot and raisins.
Divide between the loaf tins to fill to the top and bake for 20-30 minutes (45 minutes for a large loaf) until risen and golden. Leave to cool.
Beat together the yogurt, protein powder and syrup then spoon over the loaves. Scatter over extra walnuts and raisins - then slice and enjoy!

2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

For the topping - 
75g dark chocolate @ohso_goodforyou
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter 
1 x @perkierfoods Nutty Toffee Dark Chocolate Immune Booster bar, chopped

Blend the bananas, nut butter/spread, maple syrup, coconut cream, oil, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth then pour between a 6 hole silicone muffin tin to reach nearly to the top. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the top of each to cover. Return to the freeze for a further 1 hour to set.
Melt the coconut oil and nut butter/spread. Pop each one out and drizzle some over then place a few Perkier bar chunks on top. Leave in the fridge for 10 minutes then enjoy!

Ingredients:
For the nests - 
150g oats @quakeroatsuk
30g cocoa or cacao powder @bioglan.superfoods
1 banana, mashed
3 tablespoons coconut oil melted @thecoconutco
3 tablespoons smooth nut butter @manilife_
6 tablespoons maple syrup @maplecanadauk

For the filling - 
3 tablespoons smooth nut butter
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder
Small mini eggs

First make the nests: Mix together the oats, cocoa powder, mashed banana, oil, nut butter and syrup to combine and form a β€˜flapjack’ mixture.
Divide into 12 pieces and roll into a ball then flatten with your hands. Use your thumb to make an imprint in the middle of each and place on a lined baking tray. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes then leave to cool.
Meanwhile mix together the nut butter, syrup and cocoa powder until thick and smooth then spoon some into each imprint to fill. Pop a few mini eggs on top and press down gently.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes - then enjoy!

CHERRY & ALMOND GLAZED DONUTS πŸ’πŸ©πŸ’πŸ©πŸ’πŸ©
Ingredients:
100g gluten-free flour
50g ground almonds
100g @natvialiving natural sweetener
1 teaspoon baking powder
200ml milk of choice
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
75g frozen cherries, halved

For the glaze - 
6 tablespoons @natvia_uk icing sugar
2 teaspoons blueberry or raspberry powder
Flaked almonds
Dried rose petals

Preheat the oven to 180C and lightly grease a 6-hole donut tin.
Mix together the flour, ground almonds, sweetener and baking powder in a bowl.
Whisk together the milk, eggs, oil and vanilla and pour into the bowl, then mix well to form a batter. Carefully fold in the cherries.
Divide between the donut tin to reach the top and bake for 15-20 minutes until risen and firm. Leave to cool then pop out onto a wire rack (base side at the bottom).
Mix together the icing sugar and berry powder with 3-4 tablespoons water until slightly thick and spoon over each donut. Sprinkle over flaked almonds and rose petals and allow to set for 20 minutes. Now enjoy!

2 scoops @freesoulsistas salted caramel protein powder 
50g coconut sugar @thecoconutco
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large banana, mashed
200ml milk of choice @mightypeauk
2 tablespoons smooth peanut, almond or cashew butter @manilife_
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
75g frozen blueberries
50g dark chocolate, chopped @ohso_goodforyou 

1) Preheat the oven to 180C and lightly grease 2 small dishes (or one big one).
2) Mix together the oats, protein powder, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, mashed banana, milk, nut butter and vanilla until combined.
3) Divide the mixture between the two dishes then sprinkle over the blueberries and chocolate. Bake for 15-20 minutes until firmed up and bubbling.
4) Enjoy hot or cold, either is just as tasty!
