Looking for a super simple but effective recipe just in time for Easter? With 6 ingredients ready to whip up then chill in the fridge to have on hand, or you have some Mini Eggs you want to use up in something, then this is what you need!


  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 80g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener 
  • 2 scoops salted caramel protein powder 
  • 9 Mini Eggs, chopped up
  • Colourful sprinkles 

Make them!

  1. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate then allow to cool a little. Mix into the yogurt, sweetener and protein powder, then spoon between 6 silicone bar molds to fill to nearly the top.
  2. Sprinkle over chopped up Mini Eggs and sprinkles then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
  3. Pop out of the molds when ready to eat and enjoy!
