You could say these little pots would make an ideal breakfast or dessert, depending on what mood you’re in to enjoy them! With a base of oats and chia seeds, flavoured with cocoa and a boost of protein powder, topped with juicy cherries and melted chocolate chunks…perfection in such an easy recipe! Feel free to swap out the cherries for raspberries or other berries of choice, add a hint of cinnamon or ginger for a touch of spice, or switch up some white chocolate in place of dark. Either way, and whenever you choose to make them, enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 90g oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons sweeteners
  • 200ml oat milk
  • Fresh cherries, halved and stoned
  • 50g dark chocolate chunks

Make them!

  1. Mix together the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, protein powder and sweetener in a bowl then pour in the oat milk and stir together.
  2. Spoon the mixture between 3 ramekin dishes to fill to nearly the top. Arrange the cherry halves on top and scatter some chocolate chunks over.
  3. Bake at 180C for 12-15 minutes until firmed up and the chocolate has started to melt. Enjoy while still warm!
