Imagine a rich chocolate ‘mousse’ topped with a peanut butter white chocolate shell, with little chunks of peanut butter and salted caramel high-protein pieces…This is what you get! Pure deliciousness! High in protein, low carb and full of flavour and satsifaction, these no bake treats are ideal for any time of day when in need of a chocolate fix!


  • 1 x 350g tub silken tofu
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 50g sweetener
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the topping –¬†

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 40g white chocolate
  • 3 x Keto Peanut Butter Balls
  • 3 x Keto Salted Caramel Balls 
  • Chopped nuts¬†

Make them!

  1. First blend the tofu, cocoa powder, sweetener, protein powder and vanilla until thick and smooth.
  2. Spoon this between 3x ramekin dishes to fill to the top and spread out evenly.
  3. Gently melt the coconut oil, nut butter and chocolate then spoon over the top of each to cover.
  4. Add 2 x Keto Balls on top (one of each) then sprinkle over chopped nuts. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours until set – then dig in and enjoy!
