Pear, Chocolate & Nut Crumble

Winter has officially arrived! After a beautiful summer we’re really feeling the cold, so we’re going to need something to warm us up. My latest recipe working with the fantastic British chocolate company, Montezuma’s, is sure to do just that! A generous layer of cinnamon coated pears – feel free to use any seasonal fruits, or a mixture! – is topped with a delicious oaty crumble mixture which is packed with the secret weapon: Montezuma’s incredible Peanut Butter Truffle Bites chopped up and baked – they literally melt in the mouth and give a simple crumble mixture a luxurious twist! Even better, they are vegan friendly so this whole dish is dairy-free and gluten-free too!
